If you wish to participate in an event and be supported by TRIALOG you must obtain our written agreement minimum three weeks before travel. See the Guidelines for Support and Application Form for participation in an event.
Make sure to read the TRIALOG Reimbursement Scheme and to provide all necessary documents including the signed Travel Expense Claim Form.
Please send your Travel Reimbursement Claim to the TRIALOG Vienna office within two weeks after the event.
