CRNVO was one of the founders the Coalition of NGOs in Montenegro called “ By cooperation towards the goal” , a first network of NGOs in Montenegro, consisting of 211 members. CRNVO is a member of BCSDN – Balkan Civil Society Development Network.

In 2004, an year after the Montenegrin Government had been adopted “Strategy for Development and Poverty Reduction”, CRNVO, together with Catholic Relief Services, implemented the project aimed at estimation of CSOs participation in the process of shaping this document.

A representative from CRNVO was involved in the CONCORD working group for enlargement, pre-accession and neighbourhood (EPAN).
