The CSPC for year already have been conducting a variety of civic initiatives (advocacy, policy research and campaigning) aimed at creating favourable institutional, legal and fiscal environment for the civil society development in BiH. One of its biggest initiatives, led by CSPC for 9 years, is the promotion and development of institutional dialogue and cooperation between government and civil society at all levels of authority (Agreement of inter-sector cooperation -Compact). CSPC has been facilitating establishment and operation of the state wide NGO Network “Agreement plus”, composed of 480 NGOs from across the country - CSPC holds the Secretariat of the network.

CSPC has been participating through the Open Forum in the process of development of International Framework for CSO Development Effectiveness.
